breakfast good location brilliant staff above and beyond excellent for dogs just opposite the hotel you walk up the steps across the carpark straight into a large field that leads down to the outdoor cafe of wensleydale creamery where there are loads of dog bowls full of fresh water

Situated in the heart of Hawes the location could not have been better. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was Ok and adequate,

A good cooked breakfast. There was a choice of cereals, two types of fruit juice, toast, tea and coffee making facilities. Your cooked option is cooked to order, with a good choice of items. Beware, cooked breakfast orders are taken upto 9.15, not 9.30. We witnessed a couple get caught out on this, but they did get something hot with a limited choice. Our visit was when the snow came and brought with it sub zero temperatures, but all areas of the hotel were nice and snug. Our room (twin), was nice and toasty. The beds were super comfortable.

Easy book in. Comfortable beds. Great range of pubs within walking distance of the hotel. Good, clean and quiet rooms with fully equipped facilities. Great full english breakfast within the hotel. Friendly, informative staff. Will be returning!

The location is easy for getting to the centre of Harrogate and is close to restaurants and Conference Centre. Car parking is available as parking in the street requires a permit. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The location was excellent & the room had a nice view of the front garden & Main Street. Room was clean & bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly & had a nice enough breakfast. Decent value for money & plenty of people staying there.

Friendly and welcoming to both me and my spaniel dog. Was able to get a good parking space just outside. Very good breakfast and fantastic value for money in the winter deal.

This is not a luxury hotel but it is genuinely excellent value for money. The beds are comfy ( I stayed in a single room), the towels are white and soft, there are big bottles of shower gel, tea, coffee and a biscuit. Brekky is lovely and dogs allowed.

Really nice place to stay if you want to be in the centre of Hawes. Great breakfast , great room, and lovely staff.
